When our client downsized from her longtime family home, she needed her dated 1980s-built condo to feel warm, functional, and uniquely her own. While the setting was ideal, the interior felt dated and impersonal.

We reimagined the entire space, opening up the kitchen with a 10-foot island, creating a more inviting living room layout, and transforming the primary suite with a walk-in closet and spa-like bath. A former bedroom became a luxurious bathroom complete with a soaking tub, and a cozy guest library completed the redesign.

Now she has a stylish, light-filled home that reflects her vibrant lifestyle and love for refined, comfortable living.
