We reimagined this dated 1980s-built condo down to the studs, opening up the kitchen with a 10-foot island, creating a more inviting living room layout, and transforming the primary suite with a walk-in closet and spa-like bath. A playful and rich color palette throughout the home brought the rich tones of the antique furniture to life, leading with the upholstered pieces. A former bedroom became a luxurious bathroom complete with a soaking tub, and a cozy guest library completed the redesign.
